Robert De Ruggiero, Inc. hires new sales associates

Robert De Ruggiero, Inc. has consolidated its four offices into their large headquarters. The move has both attracted additional agents and has facilitated the company's expansions to areas outside of Hudson County. Andrew Botticelli has been in real estate for the past 10 years and is experienced in vacation and seasonal rentals, bringing with him a large clientele from the Jersey Shore area. He is also focusing on sales and rentals of residential and commercial properties in Hudson County. Dennis Castillo worked in finance/management and real estate since 2003. Working for a major retail company, he has been involved in store development, real estate, store construction and design. Luis Negron, Jr. comes to De Ruggiero from Morgan Stanley Trust where he managed retirement accounts. His many contacts bring their real estate business his way. Patrick Corless spent many years in customer service and the hospitality industry. He's a lifelong resident of North Bergen with extensive knowledge of the Hudson County market. In his 6 months in real estate, Corless has had multiple transactions. Robert Murtha, licensed since 1996, specializes in apartment rentals and residential sales. A resident of Weehawken, Murtha is involved with various groups, working toward enriching the local community. Jack Caban - Having grown up surrounded by family in real estate, he always knew that was the path to follow, and obtained his license in 2006. He joins his mother, Lisa Caban, a long-time sales associate with De Ruggiero. The Caban Team works both in and out of Hudson County on sales, leases and investment properties. Jeanie Santore has worked at Robert De Ruggiero's as an administrator since 2007. She obtained her real estate license this year and has been actively closing rentals in Hoboken and Jersey City.
