RKF named exclusive agent for two NYC retail spaces
Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF) has been retained as the exclusive retail leasing agent for two properties.
RKF chairman & CEO Robert Futterman and director Marc Finkel are marketing the 3,600 s/f at 632 Hudson St. on behalf of building ownership 632 on Hudson LLC. 632 Hudson St., a five-story commercial building located between Jane and Horatio Sts., offers 2,000 s/f on the ground floor and 1,600 s/f in the basement.
RKF has been selected as the exclusive retail leasing representative for innovative family lifestyle club Citibabes. Stephanie Snyder, associate of RKF, will help develop and implement the retailer's expansion plan throughout the New York Metropolitan area. Citibabes currently operates a 10,000 s/f space located at 477 Broadway in the SoHo district.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
