Philips International has signed Shoe Time, a men's and women's shoe and sneaker store, to a 1,148 s/f lease at Plaza 48 in Long Island City. Shoe Time's store is expected to open early this year.
Located at 3500 48th St., Plaza 48 is a 121,000 s/f, big-box power center with Toys 'R' Us and National Wholesale Liquidators as its anchors. Additional tenants include Dunkin' Donuts, David's Bridal, Party City, Petland Discount and several others.
