Richman of Philips International brokers 1,148 s/f lease at Plaza 48

Philips International has signed Shoe Time, a men's and women's shoe and sneaker store, to a 1,148 s/f lease at Plaza 48 in Long Island City. Shoe Time's store is expected to open early this year. Located at 3500 48th St., Plaza 48 is a 121,000 s/f, big-box power center with Toys 'R' Us and National Wholesale Liquidators as its anchors. Additional tenants include Dunkin' Donuts, David's Bridal, Party City, Petland Discount and several others. Daniel Richman, leasing associate of Philips International represented his company in house and Amanda Gordon of Breslin Realty represented Shoe Time.
