Curtis joins CB Richard Ellis as a new associate

According to CB Richard Ellis, Jessica Curtis has been added to its Stamford Office as an associate in the Retail Services Group. In her new role, Curtis will provide tenant and agency representation services to clients throughout Westchester and Fairfield counties while also supporting the Tri-State Retail Team and offering them CB Richard Ellis' global platform to create cross border real estate solutions. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Curtis was employed by Retail Portfolio Solutions, focusing on developer and tenant representation on an array of properties and tenant portfolio strategies. Curtis began her career with Sheldon Gordon at Gordon Group Holdings in Greenwich, Conn. Curtis is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Next Generation. She graduated magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Purchase with a bachelor of arts degree in Liberal Arts and a concentration in Media Arts. What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
