Richards of Marcus & Millichap brokers $425,000 Brooklyn sale
Nick Richards, an investment specialist at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, has completed the $425,000 sale of 860 Marcy Ave., an eight-unit multifamily property, according to J.D Parker, regional manager of the firm's area office.
Richards had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. He also secured and represented the buyer, a private investor.
"Using the Marcus & Millichap platform we were able to generate in excess of 20 written offers and negotiate a non-contingent contract," said Richards.
