What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2010?
I think the most notable deal we negotiated in 2010 was a 50 ft. apartment building in the lower east side that we closed in the summer of 2010. Its a notable transaction because the building has been on and off the market for almost 20 years, every broker has listed it at least once in their career. Timing and hard work played a huge factor in making this deal.
What predictions do you have for commercial real estate in 2011?
Deal flow will continue to grow at a rapid pace, rents, and prices will increase.
