What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2010? Sunrise Medical Labs a division of Sonic Labs. 90,000 s/f sale and conversion of an existing Industrial building,vacant for three years, and renovated to the headquarters for Sunrise Medical Labs. What predictions do you have for commercial real estate in 2011? Activity has been on the uptick, however unlike other spurts of activilty we have had during the last two years,the activilty seemd to have "legs," and at this time, I believe we will see companies start to take advanage of the reduced price levels, the cycle has brought to us. What are some of your New Year's Resolutions? Continue to stick to my game plan, the same plan, I have had for the last 35 years.
