Retreat at Carmel holds grand opening of new model homes

On February 13, interested individuals were given the opportunity to tour The Retreat at Carmel, Pulte Homes' popular active adult community's four new model homes, as the community held a special grand opening event. "This model grand opening marks an important milestone for The Retreat's single-level residences, which are located in a three-story building with secure underground parking and convenient elevator service," said Paul Schneier, president of Pulte Homes' Metro N.Y./N.J. division. Each of these one and two-bedroom residences provide homeowners with 932 to 1,733 s/f of indoor living space, as well as highly sought-after outdoor living space. In addition to the condominiums, buyers can still obtain one of the community's luxury manor homes. The manor homes feature up to three bedrooms, up to three full baths and up to more than 2,778 s/f of living space.
