Manhattan, NY Jeffrey Zund, executive director/head of leasing at Resolution Real Estate Partners LLC, a member of NAI Global, has arranged a 7,816 s/f five-year lease for civil litigation law firm Spears & Imes LLP, comprising the entire 36th floor at 767 Third Ave., a 40-story, mid-century modern, class A office tower located between East 47th and 48th Sts. 767 Third Ave. is managed by Sage Realty, the vertically integrated real estate management and leasing division of the William Kaufman Org. Michael Lenchner, EVP and director of leasing, and Jack Brennan, sales specialist/leasing of Sage Realty represented the landlord, the William Kaufman Org.

“I have had the pleasure of working with Spears & Imes for many years and we collectively determined it was time to move their esteemed practice to a more conveniently located building with up-to-date technology features,” said Zund. “On our quest, we saw numerous options, but when the firm’s partners toured this space, the decision was made almost immediately!”

In addition to revitalized infrastructure within the office space, ownership of 767 Third Ave. is finalizing plans for an extensive renovation and repositioning of the property, which will include a fully renovated lobby featuring a new glass wall, new security/concierge desk, new lobby security turnstiles, new glass revolving entry doors, and renovated elevator cabs. Also planned is an expansion of the existing seventh floor amenity space and additional outdoor space.

Spears & Imes LLP will be relocating from the New York Life Building at 51 Madison Ave. in May 2022.
