Regal of ABS Partners negotiates 6,500 s/f lease to Moskowitz & Book

ABS Partners Real Estate has brokered a new ten-year lease at 345 7th Ave. on behalf of the law firm of Moskowitz & Book. "The firm had been a tenant at 1372 Broadway for over 10 years when they were faced with a significant increase in their rent. This prompted them to reevaluate the decision to renew their lease," said ABS broker Douglas Regal who represented Moskowitz & Book. "They wanted to get out in the market and see what options were available to them. 345 7th Ave. met all their criteria, which included a full-floor space in a renovated building that is centrally located to public transportation." The firm leased the entire 21st floor which consists of 6,500 s/f. 345 7th Ave. was represented by Peter Liptrot of Bernstein Real Estate.
