RedMark Realty, LLC brokers multiple sales totaling $2.7 million; Heeps, Kutikov, Pierce and Altarac negotiate deals

RedMark Realty, LLC arranged the following leases totaling 13,413 s/f and sales totaling $2.7 million: * Gordon Heeps, Alex Kutikov and Matthew Pierce of RedMark, along with Vanguard-Fine, LLC brokered the sale of 825, 831, 835 Hoosick Rd., Brunswick for $1.075 million. The transaction was between 831 Hoosick Rd., LLC and Angelo Grasso (Ace Hardware). * Kutikov and Heeps, along with Joseph Fiorie of J. Fiorie & Co., brokered a five-year lease between Metro Mattress Corp. Brunswick Properties, LLC. The 3,294 s/f retail store is located in the Price Chopper Plaza, Brunswick. * Heeps and Kutikov brokered the sale of a 17,591 s/f building on 1.19 acres located at located at 139 Main St., Waterville between Dearborn Land Investment, LLC & Emerald Findings, LLC. The sale price was $825,000. * Kutikov and Heeps brokered the sale of a 17,670 s/f building on 2.56 acres located at 1051 Ulster Ave., Kingston between DHR Properties and Jerian Properties, LLC. The sale price was $800,000. * Heeps, Kutikov and Steven Altarac, also of RedMark, brokered an 8,000 s/f short-term lease at 1 Racemark Way, Malta between Yellowstone Holdings and FCS Group. * Pierce, along with Barry Feinman and Kenneth Brownell of Vanguard-Fine, LLC, brokered a five-year lease between Richard Schrade, (Geico) & Village Square, LLC. The 2,119 s/f insurance office is located in the Village Sq. 1770 Central Ave., Albany.
