Awards given out included Industrial Deal of the Year, Office Deal of the Year, Development Deal of the Year, Broker of the Year and Firm of the Year.

“Each year, our broker recognition ceremony offers us a chance to look back at the success of the previous year,” said Mitchell Rechler, co-managing partner of Rechler Equity. “We ended 2023 at 98.5% occupancy. This is a testament to the hard work of our partners in the brokerage community,” he added.
