Manhattan, NY The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) has announced the outstanding sales deals of 2022 that will compete for its Commercial Sales Brokers Most Ingenious Deal of the Year Awards. Winners will be announced at an in-person ceremony and cocktail party on June 14th at Convene (101 Park Ave).
Conceived in 1944, the Commercial Sales Brokers Most Ingenious Deal of the Year Awards honor the resourcefulness and ingenuity displayed by New York City’s commercial brokers. Submissions within the sales, finance and leasing categories are judged by a panel of industry experts based upon ingenuity, creativity and professional skill.
Sales Brokers Committee co-chairs Michael Rudder of Rudder Property Group and Woody Heller of Branton Realty Services will lead the event. The event will begin at 5:30pm on Wednesday, June 14th at Convene (101 Park Ave).
