Robert Ranieri, SVP and managing director of NorthMarq's Greater Westchester NY/CT regional office, arranged first mortgage refinancing of $8.25 million for Wolfe Run Apts., a 216-unit multifamily property at 8602 Cinnamon Creek. Financing was based on a 10-year term and a 30-year amortization schedule and was arranged for the borrower, Wolfe Run Associates Limited Partnership, by NorthMarq through its seller-servicer relationship with Freddie Mac.
