John Crampsie, a principal with NAI Summit, represented the Butz Corp. Center in leasing 6,000 s/f to KEMA USA Inc. KEMA employs 2,500 people, is headquartered in Burlington, MA and is a technical consultant to the electric power and related energy companies. The Butz Corp. Center is now fully leased and NAI Summit is now seeking tenants for the 50,000 s/f expansion space which will be ready for occupancy this summer and is located in the Neighborhood Improvement Zone.
