Hill International names Schruth and Vaughan VP

Hill International named two new VP's in its DC office. Susan Schruth has been promoted to VP of Hill's project management group. Schruth has 36-years of experience as a project manager, transit expert and management consultant. Richard Vaughan, FRICS, FCIOB, joined the company as VP of Hill's construction claims group. Vaughan has 20-years of international construction experience, such as manufacturing, retail, hotel and leisure, residential, marine and infrastructure, commercial and airports.
