Ralph and Richard Perna of Newmark Knight Frank completes 4 transactions totaling 80,000 s/f

Ralph and Richard Perna of Newmark Knight Frank recently completed 4 transactions totaling 80,000 s/f throughout Long Island. Fabcon, a manufacturing company, has leased 13,000 s/f at 2 Channel Drive, Port Washington. Ralph Perna and Richard Perna represented the landlord and Steve Wolf of Levy Wolf represented the tenant. Stark Foods leased 24,000 s/f at 250 Forest Dr., in Greenvale. Ralph Perna and Richard Perna represented Stark Foods and the landlord, Simone Development, was represented by Josh Levin. Stark Foods is an importer of specialty confectionery food items. All Pro Horticulture leased 18,000 s/f at 1550 Sunrise Highway, Copiague. The owner, Sampson Realty, was represented by Steve Epstein of United Realty and Ralph Perna represented the tenants, John Seib and George Starkey. American Industries purchased the building at 625 Main St., Westbury, consisting of 25,000 s/f on their relocation from Brooklyn to a new Long Island headquarters. Ralph Perna and Richard Perna represented American Industries and Nick Cangemi of Newmark represented the sellers.
