Brooklyn, NY Kris Ragone has joined Steiner NYC as director of marketing for the company’s residential developments. Ragone, who has 15 years of experience in the industry, comes to Steiner following roles as sales director and property manager for several new development projects in the area.

“Kris is the perfect person to burnish our brand,” said Doug Steiner, chairman of Steiner NYC. “She has smarts, enthusiasm, and integrity. She believes in our product, and will ensure that our buildings are full and our residents are happy.”

Current Steiner projects under construction include The HUB, a 56-story, 750-rental unit building which will be the tallest in Brooklyn, and 438 East 12th Street, consisting of 82 luxury condominiums in an amenity-laden, full service building uniquely located in the East Village, Manhattan’s authentic and art-filled neighborhood.

“I’m thrilled to join Steiner,” Ragone said. ”It builds transformative projects, and always tries to do the right thing for everyone involved.”

Steiner NYC is currently adding six soundstages to 580,000 s/f Steiner Studios, its state-of-the-art film and television production facility at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Home to Vinyl, Gotham, Blindspot, Power, and The Affair, among others, Steiner Studios is the largest studio east of Los Angeles and at full buildout will be over 1.6 million square feet on 60 acres.

Steiner NYC will also be bringing the first Wegmans supermarket to New York City, in a 285,000 s/f mixed-use complex at Admirals Row in the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
