Stillman Property Management signs seven new clients in Westchester County

Harrison, NY Stillman Property Management, a full-service property management company, has been selected to provide property management services for the following seven residential clients in Westchester County and the Bronx:

• Chatsworth Gardens: 75-unit condominium, 14 N. Chatsworth Ave., Larchmont.

• Heritage Tower: 120-unit condominium, 15 Stewart Place, White Plains.

• Media Lofts: 21-unit condominium, 50 Webster Ave., New Rochelle

• Midland Avenue Owners Corp. (Kimberly Gardens): 404-unit cooperative,1296, 1300, 1304 Midland Ave., Yonkers.

• The Cambium: 143-unit condominium, 10 Byron Place, Larchmont.

• Water’s Edge: 76 -unit condominium, 14 Water’s Edge, Rye.

• The Georgian, 3701 Tenants Corp.: 52-unit cooperative, 3701 Henry Hudson Pwy., Riverdale.

The firm, which recently moved its headquarters to Harrison, N.Y., will manage nearly 900 additional units as part of the expansion.
