GNP Branded Gear signed a lease and took occupancy of 1,717 SF office suite in June 2024. GNP Branded Gear is a business specializing in manufacturing and sale of branded clothing and accessories. The second new tenant Airwaves Global Logistics, who specializes in brokering and coordinating delivery and logistics for various clients signed a lease for an 1,100 SF office space.
