McKnight and Delisle of Island Associates secure 20,000 s/f lease; To Crunch Gym at 363-369 Little East Neck Road, West Babylon
Island Associates has secured a 20,000 s/f lease with Crunch Gym located at 363-369 Little East Neck Rd. The site offers access on the Rte. 109 (Little East Neck Rd.) and Great East Neck Rd. intersection located across from West Babylon High School. It offers two curb cuts on Rte. 109 located at a light with parking for 240 cars.
Steve McKnight and Roger Delisle of Island Associates brokered the deal. Crunch Gym is seeking more locations throughout Long Island.
