Pyramid Brokerage Co. brokers three Amherst sales totaling $6.825 million

According to Pyramid Brokerage Company, the firm has brokered the following three recent sales totaling $6.825 million. * 2350 North Forest Rd., a 63,000 s/f office building, was sold to an undisclosed Buffalo area company. 2350 North Forest Road Holdings LLC of Bethesda, Md. was the seller. The building was marketed by David Schiller, SIOR, associate broker at Pyramid. Ben Schiller of Pyramid acted as buyer's agent in the transaction. The sale price was $3.3 million. * Bernard Birnbaum has purchased an office building located at 95 John Muir Dr. from Professors Capital LLC. The sale price for the 40,912 s/f facility on 3.91 acres was $3.1 million. This property was purchased as an investment. David Schiller marketed the building for sale for the seller. * Advanced Storage purchased an industrial building located at 188 Creekside Dr. from Plymouth Buffalo LLC. The sale price for the 11,221 s/f facility on 2.32 acres was $425,000. David Schiller marketed the building for sale for the seller. Rob Cowing of Pyramid handled negotiations on behalf of the buyer.
