Pyramid Brokerage Co. brokers five sales totaling $3.345 million

Pyramid Brokerage Co. has brokered the following five sales totaling $3.345 million: The former Farmers & Traders Insurance Building, located at 960 James St., was recently sold. Louis Santaro purchased the 45,900 s/f professional office building from The Widewaters Group for $1.225 million. Jon Sayre of Pyramid brokered this sale transaction on behalf of the seller. The 77,250 s/f manufacturing facility located at 10 Ward St., Vernon, was recently sold. Universal Photonics, purchased the property from Timbar Corp. for $1.1 million. Anthony Hathaway of Pyramid, in conjunction with Art Ross, SIOR from Hart Corp., brokered this sale. Purenergy Property Management LLC recently purchased the 6,678 s/f professional office building located at 4488 Onondaga Blvd. The property, situated on 1.57 acres, sold for $600,000. George Lee of Pyramid represented the buyer and Sayre and Brian Balash, CCIM also of Pyramid represented the seller Tearney Realty LLC. Kimani Smith of Pyramid brokered the sale of a 5,600 s/f apartment building located at 309-311 Smith St., Manlius. Marabesk, LLC purchased the property, which consisted of 11 apartment units in two buildings, from Kiranyadiva Roopnanrine for $310,000. The 1,776 s/f building located at 306 South Warren St. was recently sold. Ranjit Singh purchased the property for $110,000 from JT Properties. Tom Lischak, CCIM of Pyramid brokered this sale.
