PWC hosts virtual Transportation Forum – MTA Outlook; Sponsored by E-J Elec., HNTB, Hudson Meridian, Northwestern Mut., STV, WSP

New York, NY On August 5th, Professional Women in Construction (PWC) will host a virtual panel discussion with the MTA. This is PWC’s second transportation-focused webinar with the purpose of getting an update from the agencies as we continue to navigate COVID-19. The first panel was with the PANYNJ on June 24th

Event sponsors for the August 5th event include E-J Electric, HNTB, Hudson Meridian Construction Group, Northwestern Mutual, STV, and WSP.

The discussion will be moderated by Denise Berger, FAIA, PWC board member and chief operating officer, Northeast Region, of AECOM. Panelists are:

  • Allison L.C. de Cerreño, Ph.D., senior vice president, business operations & transformation officer, Bridges & Tunnels, MTA
  • Catherine Rinaldi, president, Metro North Railroad, MTA
  • Cathy Sheridan, project manager, transformation & chair, Major Construction Review Unit, MTA

In addition to the panel discussion, attendees and panelists will have the opportunity to connect with each other directly through online networking and breakout sessions. One of the networking sessions will be dedicated to Minority/Women-owned businesses (MWBEs) looking to work on MTA projects.
