PWC's Salute to Women of Achievement luncheon on Oct. 15

Lenore Janis, president and executive director of Professional Women in Construction (PWC), has named the honorees at the organization's upcoming annual Salute to Women of Achievement luncheon to be held from 11:30 until 2 pm on October 15, at Club 101. Janis said, "We are proud to recognize the achievements of a large group of remarkable women who represent so many diverse professions. Clearly today's women are playing leading roles in the private and public sector in every aspect of the industry -construction, engineering and architecture. As we head into 2015 and PWC's 35th year it is gratifying to see the strides that have been made." * Stephanie Cesario is project executive at Hunter Roberts Construction Group. * Zaria Demarchi is senior airport engineer for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. * Sylvia Smith, FAIA, LEED AP, is senior partner with FXFOWLE. * Nicole Hunter is project manager at HNTB Corp. * Marianne Egri is vice president of NYC School Construction Authority. * Michelle Bernstein is project manager at Alexander Wolf & Son. The presidents of two of PWC's largest and most successful chapters will also be honored: * Carolyn Kurth, CPA, CFE, is senior manager at CohnReznick and president of PWC-CT. * Carolyn Pugaczewski is president of M.
