New York, NY Maksim Beygelman and Brian Heflich have been promoted to the position of senior engineer at P.W. Grosser Consulting, Inc. (PWGC) following their successful passage of the Professional Engineer (PE) exam.
“By passing the PE exam Maksim and Brian have demonstrated their competence in the fundamentals of engineering, especially in the civil realm,” said PWGC president and founder Paul Grosser, Ph.D. and PE. “We look forward to their continued growth as an engineer here at PWGC!”
Beygelman joined PWGC after graduating from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in 2008 with a BS in Chemical Engineering. Heflich, with a BS in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, joined PWGC six years ago after his graduation. He is currently in the midst of earning his MS in Civil Engineering from New York University Tandon School of Engineering. His anticipated graduation date is December 2016.
During his tenure at PWGC, Beygelman has excelled at a variety of engineering and environmental compliance tasks earning valuable hands-on experience related to waste water management, health and safety compliance, and tank management. Heflich has excelled in the realm of civil engineering, geotechnical engineering and construction management. Earning their professional license will allow Beygelman and Heflich to continue to expand their engineering horizon.
For their part, Beygelman and Heflich are excited with the opportunities that passing the PE exam presents.
Beygelman said, “Obtaining a PE license is the culmination of extensive work experience and on-going learning that characterize the professional environment at PWGC. I look forward to expanding my knowledge by tackling the challenges that lie ahead.”
