East Meadow,NY Samantha Epstein joined the corporate/securities practice group at Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP as an associate.

Epstein earned her Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law in May 2015. While at Villanova, Epstein was the production editor for the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal and a fellow for the Moorad Center for the Study of Sports Law. She was a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society and the Student Bar Association, and served as co-director of Villanova’s Public Interest Fellowship Program. Upon graduation, Epstein received the Faculty Recognition Award for her contributions to the Villanova Law School community. To gain corporate and securities experience during law school, Epstein served as a corporate intern at Pepper Hamilton, LLP, one of Philadelphia’s largest law firms.

In addition to her law firm experience, she also served as an intern for the pffice of general counsel at Wawa, Inc. and a summer associate at UBS Financial Services, Inc.

A 2012 graduate of Wesleyan University, Epstein earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She was a four-year starter and captain of the Wesleyan University Women’s Softball team, who claimed a NESCAC Championship and NCAA Tournament berth in 2010. In 2009, Ms. Epstein also participated in the 18th World Maccabiah Games in Israel, where she helped Team USA Women’s Softball earn the Gold Medal.

She is admitted to practice in the states of New York and New Jersey.
