Cohen Real Estate (CRE), headquartered in N.Y.C, has arranged the sale of the Westside Village Shopping Center. The 255,111 s/f center is shadow-anchored by a WalMart Supercenter. Some of the tenants include Dollar Tree, Cato's, and Sally Beauty.
Helen Putterman, president of CRE, represented the purchaser; a family owned private investment company based in Richmond, VA. "The property easily fit within the parameters of the buyer's criteria and therefore he was given the ability to view this off-market deal quickly," said Putterman. The seller was represented by Ric Kaiser of CRE.
