Pulte Homes begins construction of condos at The Retreat at Carmel

Pulte Homes has begun construction on the condominium residences at The Retreat at Carmel, an active-adult community in Putnam County. At 932 to 1,733 s/f, each of these impressive one and two-bedroom condominium homes will provide residents with highly sought-after outdoor living space. "Since becoming available for sale, the condominiums at The Retreat at Carmel have proven to be extremely popular among the region's active adults," said Paul Schneier, president of Pulte Homes Metro NY/NJ Division. "With construction now underway, we expect the condominium homes to sell quickly, as has been the case with all of the residences at The Retreat." In addition to the condominiums, buyers can still obtain one of the community's luxury manor homes. The manor homes feature up to three bedrooms, up to three full baths and up to more than 2,778 s/f. Additionally, the community boasts secure underground parking with elevator access. With the community's $2.5 million, 7,100 s/f clubhouse complete, and construction underway on the community's heated outdoor pool and sundeck, The Retreat at Carmel is an attractive community for those 55-and-better buyers who are searching for not just a beautiful home, but also a complete lifestyle to go with it.
