What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? Work and more work. How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? I enjoy a drink and watching a select group of TV shows, like True Blood, Breaking Bad and Shameless. Favorite book or author: "Exodus," the one by Uris, not God. More recently, "The Goldfinch." Favorite movie: "Mighty Joe Young" One word to describe your work environment: Smart Rules to live by in business: Take a long view of life. The rest of the rules will just become obvious. If you could invite one person to dinner (living or dead) who would it be and where would you go? Socrates. We'd watch Breaking Bad together then go out to a Greek Restaurant to mull its implications. What is your dream job? Delivering sailboats. And not by truck.
