What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? Caspi Development owns, manages and develops both residential and commercial real estate properties. We pride ourselves on capitalizing on new opportunities and adapting to market conditions. Our future plans include continued relationships with partners such as Artemis Real Estate Partners, LLC, Faros Properties, FTRE and CBRE. Within the next three to five years, we hope to purchase, reposition and reintroduce apartments to the marketplace across Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Manhattan.
