Education: Bachelor's degree, Economics, University of Connecticut First job outside of real estate: McDonald's - believe it or not, invaluable experience. First job in real estate or allied field: Travelers Insurance - real estate division What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? Manage all aspects of Investors Bank's commercial real estate financing group, which includes six offices in New York and New Jersey. I expect to continue growing Investor's commercial business as well as increasing its capabilities. How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? I am an avid basketball player. I play whenever I can and my knees permit. Favorite book or author: My summer reading will usually be James Patterson's latest. Favorite movie: "Star Wars" since 1978. Last song you downloaded? "The Man" by Aloe Blacc One word to describe your work environment: Busy but we are a close knit group. I try very hard to have a positive and team oriented environment, and believe it has been one of the greatest successes we've had. Rules to live by in business: Be respectful to everyone at every level of business and always be open to new ideas. Often the best ideas are from the places you least expect. If you could invite one person to dinner (living or dead) who would it be and where would you go? Since I am a bit of a history buff, my pick would be Benjamin Franklin and probably the nearest tavern. A real genius at many levels.
