We're very close, despite the fact that she once tried to flush me down the toilet when we were kids. College: SUNY Buffalo, BA Business Communication First job: Worked on a golf course on the driving range, then the owner promoted me to manage the employees. First job in real estate or allied field: Summers for a construction company while on summer break from college. What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? I currently develop mixed income housing in the N.Y.C. and metro area. My goal is to continue to develop affordable housing, and eventually get into the luxury Manhattan market. Hobbies: Golf, boating, anything active. Favorite book: "The Art of the Deal." Before the Trump books became a "how to." Favorite movie: "Remember the Titans" - Great story and Denzel Washington is the icing on the cake. Keys to success: Build solid relationships, based on trust, within the private and public sector. If people have faith in your ability, you will find from time to time that good things can fall into your lap. Person(s) you most admire (outside of family): Several people have been influential to me. I'm going to keep that one close to the vest. If you had to choose another vocation, what would it be? I wanted to be a sports agent. I used to watch "Arliss" religiously on HBO. That being said, I love what I do.
