Education: BA in business, Hofstra University First job outside of real estate: My first job after graduation was manager of a successful roller skating rink in New Hyde Park. First job in real estate or allied field: Assistant General Manager, Westfield Group, South Shore Mall. What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? As Director of Property Management, I am responsible for the department that manages the day to day functions and operations of the company's real estate holdings. I also oversee the development and construction of new projects and renovations of existing assets. My goal is to grow the third party management business into a self-sustaining division within the company. How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? I enjoy reading and playing sports with my kids. Favorite book or author: One of my favorite authors is Dan Brown, he wrote "DaVinci Code," "Angels & Demons" and many others. Favorite movie: The Godfather Last song you purchased/downloaded? Nirvana's greatest hits One word to describe your work environment: Dynamic Rules to live by in business: Be a realistic optimist. Integrity, honesty and reliability are essential characteristics for any good business relationship. If you could invite one person to dinner (living or dead) who would it be and where would you go? John Lennon, I'd have dinner with him at Insignia Steakhouse in Smithtown. What is your dream job? My dream job is one of autonomy, where my decisions would help both the organization and its employees prosper. I'd also like to manage my own investment property some time in the future.
