First job in real estate or allied field: Electrical designer for a consulting engineering company in N.Y.C. What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? I am currently the chief electrical engineer, project manager and lead electrical design engineer for WB on a $90 million project that includes the restoration of a major telecommunication equipment facility in N.Y.C. that was severely damaged by Superstorm Sandy. WB has offices in N.Y.C., Boston and Washington, D.C. - and we are soon opening a fourth office in N.J. How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? Spend time with my beautiful wife and family, cultivate my garden, take trips to the great outdoors, find a great bottle of wine for under $10 and perform random acts of kindness.
