What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? I am an associate with VVA providing project management services with a specialty in New York City Building Codes. My background in architecture, engineering and building codes furthers my interest in new building construction. I enjoy solving problems with creative solutions so that more innovation can occur in the building industry.
How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? I like to go to the gym specifically interval training workouts.
Favorite book or author: I have always loved the book "Where the Sidewalk Ends" by Shel Silverstein, but also enjoy reading murder/mystery, physiological and architecture stories. The last couple books I read were "The Hunger Games" series, "Invisible Cities" by Italo Calvino, and "Imagine" by Jonah Lehrer.
Favorite movie: There are too many to name just one!
Last song you purchased/downloaded? "Dark Horse" by Katie Perry
One word to describe your work environment: Welcoming
Rules to live by in business: Just do it.
If you could invite one person to dinner (living or dead) who would it be and where would you go? I would want to have dinner with Anthony Bourdain because I love to travel, the food would undoubtedly be amazing and we would be going on an adventure to make a great story!
What is your dream job? One year ago being a project manager/owners rep was my dream job. I have worked very hard and made sure to network and get the necessary training and work experience for this position. This is what I want to do, and only now see the opportunities through this field that are awaiting me. I can actually say that I enjoy going to work and making things happen.
