Pro Con nominated for 2 Y Awards for Yonkers Hampton Inn and Suites

Pro Con Inc of Manchester, N.H. is honored to have been nominated for two prestigious "Y" awards for the design and construction of the Yonkers Hampton Inn and Suites in Yonkers, New York. The "Y" Award is given by the City of Yonkers, New York to an organization that has produced exceptional work and results on the most significant Yonkers projects in the last ten years within the following categories: development, architecture, planning, engineering, landscape architecture and construction. The award presentation will take place this month. Pro Con Inc was the architect and construction manager for the 150 key hotel located in the South Westchester Executive Park in Yonkers, New York. FSG Yonkers Hotel, LLC is the hotel's owner and developer. In addition to the design and construction management services, Pro Con also provided pre-construction and structural engineering services for the developer. The 87,566 s/f, 4-story hotel offers king and queen rooms, and 37 studio suites with a sitting area and wet bar. The public areas of the hotel include a full service bar, breakfast area, an indoor pool, fitness room and a conference room.
