Prettitore joins Nautilus as managing director

According to Nautilus Consulting, Bill Prettitore has joined the firm, where he has undertaken the duties of managing director. Prettitore has more than 30 years of construction experience acquired throughout the United States and internationally on projects related to power generation, water treatment, road, rail, commercial developments, educational facilities, hospitality and correctional facilities. He has provided expert testimony at mediation, arbitration and trial, where his fields of competency include project management, CPM scheduling, contract administration, delay analysis, civil engineering design and construction, damage analysis & quantification. At Nautilus, Prettitore is responsible for the preparation and negotiation of claims on behalf of plaintiffs, and the review of claims on behalf of defendants. He has evaluated claims as a consultant and expert witness for numerous clients including contractors, owners, design & engineering firms and public agencies. His claims experience has involved the review and analysis of issues such as delay, acceleration, loss of efficiency, change orders, cumulative impact claims, default, differing site conditions and termination. He is extremely adept at assisting counsel with all aspects of the litigation process including discovery, deposition assistance and trial support.
