President's message: Realtors Convention in Las Vegas

We are preparing to attend the National Association of Realtors Annual Convention in as Vergas, Nevada in mid-November. We hope that many of you will be able to attend and take advantage of the networking opportunities On October 1st and 2nd, NYSCAR hosted the Developing and Syndicating: Big Money Real Estate course, instructed by Chet Allen, CCIM, SEC of Encinitas, California. The course was held at the Desmond Hotel and Conference Center in Albany. The course was very well received by over fifty practitioners who took advantage of the course. There were attendees from across New York State, as well as Indiana, California, Maryland, South Carolina, New Jersey, Connecticut and Massachusetts. This will be your last opportunity to sign up for the Triple Play Conference in Atlantic City, New Jersey, December 4-6, 2007. The conference is sponsored by the New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania Associations of Realtors. There will be several programs offered during the conference, including commercial courses.
