President's message: Manzari to be 2008 CCIM president

Our day at Yankee Stadium held on September 7 was a huge success and everyone in attendance was amazed as they visited the Yankee locker room then stepped onto the field, and sat on the bench where so many great ballplayers once sat, waited their turn, and then made history happen. A day that many will remember for the rest of their lives. Thinking about education for 2008, well here is our schedule implemented by Michael J. Manzari, CCIM upcoming president for the N.Y. & Northern N.Y. CCIM State Chapter CCIM classes will be held on these dates: April 21, 22, 24, 25, 26 CCIM 102 held in Amhurst. May 5, 6, 8, 9, 10 CCIM 101 held in Northern N.J. May 19, 20 CCIM Intro Course held in Albany. September 22, 23, 25, 26, 27 CCIM 102 held in Northern N.J. August 8, 9, 14, 15, 16 CCIM 104 held in Albany. Developing & Syndicating: The Chet Allen, SEC, CCIM, EMS two day course took place on October 1. and 2., 2007.
