President's message: December was an outstanding month

By Brian Ostrowe, IFMADecember was another outstanding month for the New York City chapter of IFMA. Our organization continues to stand at the vanguard of change as we start the New Year. As we plot our course for 2012, IFMA NYC continues to provide its growing membership with superior programming and outstanding executive and committee leadership. December 2011 featured several chapter events, most notably our Annual IFMA NYC holiday party on December 8, 2011. The event, held at Providence on West 57th St., brought over 100 members together to celebrate the holiday season. In addition to celebrating the holidays, our members made generous contributions to our toy drive benefitting Fraternite Notre Dame Soup Kitchen in East Harlem. Looking ahead, we hope you will join us in honoring Ted Moudis of Ted Moudis Associates at our premier event, the Annual Awards Banquet for Excellence on January 26. As we begin a new year, I would like to extend my gratitude for your continued membership and participation. We appreciate your dedication to our organization and your network of professional colleagues. With your sustained support, we can look forward to another successful year ahead! Brian Ostrowe is the president of IFMA NYC, New York, N.Y.
