PopUp Bagels opens 1,250 s/f at 7 Penn Plaza

Manhattan, NY According to The Feil Organization, PopUp Bagels has signed a lease at 7 Penn Plaza for 1,250 s/f.

“We’re excited to welcome PopUp Bagels to 7 Penn Plaza,” said Jordan Goldblum, director of retail leasing at The Feil Organization. “Their innovative concept and rapidly growing brand will be a fantastic addition to the building’s dynamic tenant mix. With its prime location and vibrant energy, 7 Penn Plaza offers the perfect environment for PopUp Bagels as they continue expanding and bringing their beloved bagels to even more New Yorkers.”

PopUp Bagels was represented by Brian Rovell at BGR Ventures Inc. and the Feil Organization was represented in-house by Goldblum and Randall Briskin.

“7 Penn is the perfect spot for PopUp Bagels, offering the energy and convenience of New York’s busiest area to serve our loyal fans and bagel lovers to the simple, quality experience we’re known for,” said Adam Goldberg, founder & chief brand officer of PopUp Bagels. 

Located at 370 Seventh Ave., 7 Penn Plaza is a 357,000 s/f, 18-story tower situated adjacent to the Madison Square Garden and The Paramount Theatre. With various premier financial and computer industry companies among its tenant base, the building is located in close proximity to Pennsylvania Station, providing commuters with convenient access to Long Island Railroad, New Jersey Transit, Amtrak and various MTA Subway lines.
