Polsinelli of Marcus & Millichap celebrates 25 years in commercial R.E.

According to Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, Adelaide Polsinelli has begun a year-long celebration of her 25 years in commercial real estate. Polsinelli, an associate VP investments, joined Marcus & Millichap's Manhattan office in 2008 to better support the value-added advisory and relationship-brokerage service she provides to her clients. Polsinelli is also known for her charitable work. She is on the board of directors of two foundations, The Kidney & Urology Foundation of America and the St. George Foundation. She is the president of the Parent's Association at St. George Elementary School and she organizes an annual toy drive for the Children's Aid Society. Polsinelli was one of the first recipients of "The Woman of Valor" award by the Capuchin Food Pantries and in 2007 she received The Kidney & Urology Foundation's "Woman of the Year" award. "Adelaide has a tremendous track record to celebrate this year," said Edward Jordan, regional manager of the firm's Manhattan office. "But even more exciting is her commitment to continue to expand her services to clients by utilizing Marcus & Millichap's cooperative approach to brokerage and unparalleled access to investment capital."
