Polsinelli and Shulman of Compass Commercial lease 6,733 s/f

Manhattan, NY Adelaide Polsinelli, vice chairman, and Marc Shulman, executive director of Compass Commercial, negotiated the 6,733 s/f lease of the new Parkinson’s Disease Wellness Foundation’s first headquarters at Jack Resnick & Sons’ 133 East 58th St. in the Plaza District.

Compass’ Polsinelli and Shulman brokered the deal for the tenant, while Jack Resnick was represented in-house by Frances Delgorio and Brett Greenberg.

This milestone marks a significant step in the foundation’s mission to provide holistic wellness services and support for individuals affected by Parkinson’s disease. The new nonprofit, dedicated to improving the quality of life for those living with Parkinson’s, has officially secured a location that will serve as its central hub for wellness programs, community engagement, and advocacy.

“This high-profile property’s prime location and features made it one of the most sought-after office spaces in the area,” said Adelaide Polsinelli. “Its versatility, proximity to transportation, and surrounding historic landmarks offered an unparalleled opportunity for the foundation to establish its headquarters and expand its community presence.”

The Parkinson’s Disease Wellness Foundation is committed to offering a comprehensive range of programs addressing the physical, emotional, and social challenges faced by individuals with Parkinson’s disease. The new headquarters will provide services such as fitness programs, support groups, educational seminars, and caregiver resources, creating a hub of empowerment and advocacy for the Parkinson’s community.

“We are thrilled to have secured a location in the heart of New York City, where the foundation can provide essential services for individuals living with Parkinson’s,” said Shulman. “This new space allows them to expand their offerings and support individuals on their journey, equipping them with the tools they need to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives,” added Polsinelli.

This lease marks a milestone for Polsinelli’s Compass Commercial division, signaling a commitment to office leasing and expanding the team’s capabilities within the commercial sector. It reinforces the team’s evolution beyond traditional brokerage, solidifying its presence in high-level office transactions and enhancing the full spectrum of services offered to clients.
