Polsinelli and Shulman of Compass Commercial lease 6,733 s/f
Manhattan, NY Adelaide Polsinelli, vice chairman, and Marc Shulman, executive director of Compass Commercial, negotiated the 6,733 s/f lease of the new Parkinson’s Disease Wellness Foundation’s first headquarters at Jack Resnick & Sons’ 133 East 58th St. in the Plaza District.
Compass’ Polsinelli and Shulman brokered the deal for the tenant, while Jack Resnick was represented in-house by Frances Delgorio and Brett Greenberg.
This milestone marks a significant step in the foundation’s mission to provide holistic wellness services and support for individuals affected by Parkinson’s disease. The new nonprofit, dedicated to improving the quality of life for those living with Parkinson’s, has officially secured a location that will serve as its central hub for wellness programs, community engagement, and advocacy.
