Poch of CBRE with Ackerman of Lincoln Equities ink 8,451 s/f

Teltronics Inc. signed an 8,451 s/f lease at 1979 Marcus Ave. The three-story, 348,501 s/f, class A, office building was built in 1988 and is in the western Nassau submarket. Michael Poch of CB Richard Ellis represented Teltronics. The landlord, Lincoln Equities, was represented in-house by Dan Ackerman.
