This latest contract award is an extension of Pliskin's 20-year relationship with PDK principal Peter Klein. According to Pliskin president Jeffrey Pliskin, the company has served as a broker primarily leasing PDK properties. Additionally, Klein and Pliskin are co-investors in several properties.
As part of its contract award, Pliskin will be providing its comprehensive property management services for these PDK properties.
These services include: rent billing and collections; accounts and record management; property budgeting; supervision of capital improvements; coordination of all professionals and contractors; complete property maintenance; tenant supervision and landlord/tenant relations; insurance oversight and management; regulatory compliance; real estate management; legal actions and property marketing (i.e., leasing and sales).
Pliskin Realty and Development is recognized for managing its clients' properties exactly like it manages its own, thereby gaining the trust of property owners. Currently under Pliskin's management are approximately 40 properties with over 200 tenants. They include shopping centers, free-standing building and multifamily residential properties.
