The panel discussion moderator was Maury Golbert, CPA, JD, LL.M, tax partner at Berdon and the keynote question and answer session moderator was Meyer Mintz, CPA, JD, LL.M, tax partner at Berdon. Pliskin holds a bachelor of arts in Economics from Yale University and a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School. Prior to starting Pliskin Realty & Development, he served as a real estate attorney with the prestigious New York law firms of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Robinson Silverman. At Pliskin, he oversees all aspects of the firm’s brokerage, property management, investment and preferred development activities. As a real estate attorney, Jeff Pliskin also lends his expertise in real estate law to facilitate transactions and resolve lease issues. An active and respected member of the industry, he maintains affiliations with leading industry associations such as the International Council of Shopping Centers and is also highly regarded within the broader business community. Jeff Pliskin recently earned the designation of Certified Shopping Manager (CSM) from the International Council of Shopping Centers.
