Pinchasicks of JAM Real Estate sell Murray Hill walk-up to Excel Dev. Group for $11.2 million; Khorshad of Plaza Realty is broker

Manhattan, NY According to JAM Real Estate Partners, the firm has closed on the sale of 345 East 33rd St. The building, located between First and Second Avenues of the Murray Hill Neighborhood, sold for $11.2 million. 

JAM Real Estate founder and managing principal Jared Pinchasick and  co-founder and principal Steven Pinchasick sold the walk-up building to Excel Development Group.

David Khorshad of Plaza Realty was the broker.

JAM Real Estate Partners purchased the building in August of 2017 for $7.2 million, which was the first time the property changed hands in over 20 years.

This transaction marks the first sale for JAM Real Estate Partners, founded in 2017 by the Pinchasicks.
