Picone of McGuire Development facilitates $1.2 million sale of 624 River Rd. in North Tonawanda

North Tonawanda, NY McGuire Development Co. has completed the sale of 624 River Rd. to DVL Properties, LLC. Vito Picone, senior director, business development, represented Wellness Partners 624, LLC in the sale.

The site consists of a professional stand-alone office building, totaling 18,000 s/f and sits on 7 acres. The sale closed on Tuesday, December 4th, 2018 for $1.2 million.

DVL Properties, LLC owns the contiguous parcel to 624 River Rd., which consists of a multifamily apartment complex currently under construction. DVL Properties, LLC added 624 River Rd. to their portfolio for added frontage and its waterfront views.

“624 River Rd.’s remarkable waterfront views complement DVL Properties, LLC’s multifamily apartment complex, which could benefit added amenities for future tenants” said Picone.
